Masterclass: Casper Miles
So fun to welcome Casper Miles back to The Rhythm Studio today for our first sixth form masterclass of 2026! From first gigs with the Stepbrother gang back in the early days of The Rhythm Studio through to success as a session musician with the likes of The Last Dinner Party, Matt Maltese, Olivia Dean and Billie Marten, Casper took us through his approach to drums, guitar and bass, and gave great advice on how to approach playing with others and learning new material. It was a pleasure to have Wizdom Layne - co-director of Sound Connections and artist manager - for our masterclass earlier today! Wizdom spoke to our sixth formers about the stages of development in the music industry, giving valuable insights on progressing from talented musicians to gigging performers and recording artists.
